Description
This project aims to develop comprehensive theoretical architecture for synthesizing transmission dynamic models with observational causal inference models to estimate unbiased treatment effects in infectious disease policy evaluations and to generalize these estimates to new settings. It includes retrospective and prospective workstreams, re-analysis of prior COVID-19 studies, and development of open-source tools for public health application.
