Description
The project aims to develop and optimize a highly accelerated deep learning-based 4D flow MRI pipeline to measure aortic hemodynamics and structural measures in bicuspid aortic valve (BAV) patients. It involves creating a pipeline for data acquisition, reconstruction, and preprocessing, utilizing over 2300 existing 4D flow MRI datasets. The goal is to implement a pilot study comparing BAV patients with aortic dilatation to healthy controls, using a deep learning-based pipeline to improve clinical utility.
