Boiler room system, to include furnish and setup of boiler room, internal fuel tank, boiler system housing, delivery FOB destination, placement, leveling, removal and transport return, and include associated boiler room components of feedwater system, pre-heat system, water softener, blowdown system, fuel train, as a lump sum, complete. 1 Steam Boiler Room System; Boiler system labor, to include all labor for boiler room system outside connections, setup, pre-show testing, and in-show operation, and monitoring, at a fixed rate per hour (no over time paid); Inside steam and condensate line runs, to include all materials and supplies for inside steam hose AND condensate line runs. Each "Run" includes steam hose and condensate line, as a singular measured distance, from OCCC floor box to exhibitor's intake manifold or pressure regulator, using hose of up to 2" diameter for steam runs of 30-foot length or less, per run.; Inside steam and condensate lines, to include all materials and supplies for inside steam hose AND condensate line runs. Each "Run" includes steam hose and condensate line, as a singular measured distance, from OCCC floor box to exhibitor's intake manifold or pressure regulator, using hose of up to 2" diameter for steam runs of Over 30-foot length, per run.; All labor necessary to install all steam and condensate line runs as described in Item #3 and #4. Unit price shall be at a fixed rate per hour (no overtime paid.); Boiler system teardown, include all labor, materials and supplies for boiler system teardown, dismantle, line drain, nitrogen charge, removal and restore site, as a lump sum complete. Costs for all other or miscellaneous items not otherwise specified shall be included in price quote for item #7.
