Description
This NIH grant project investigates novel molecular mechanisms promoting reduction of inflammatory signaling caused by Gram-positive infection, aiming to expand knowledge about molecular regulation of inflammatory response and discover new pharmacological molecules for sepsis treatment. The project hypothesizes that GPR68 mediates ARDS pathophysiology and that its inhibition could mitigate lung injury.
