Description
NES TIERED PERMITTING TRAINING NES will prepare and provide a 4-hour Tiered Permitting training program LA FD CUPA inspectors. The training program will cover California's Tiered Permitting statutes and regulations and cover specific topics (e.g., DTSC?s TP Flowchart, is adding water to dust for transportation considered treatment, exemptions, aluminum dust management, etc.). Training will be developed and provided by a NES professional conversant in California's tiered permitting statutes and regulations. NES will provide all instructor (laptop, projector, participant sign-in sheet) and participant (course manual and reference materials, and training certificate) materials for the training program.
