Purchase issued for Pro-Spec to perform the work as General Contractor, provides for the establishment of a new bunker equipment storage facility at Fire Station 53, including equipment racks in accordance with the detailed scope of work submitted to receive quotations and estimate 2756 submitted by Pro-Spec, Inc. on April 8, 2025. Estimate 2756 Provided by Pro-Spec, Inc. is for all materials, labor, and supervision required to install a Tuff-Shed and Storage shelves at Fire Station 53. Included in this estimate are the following items: GENERAL CONDITIONS ($7,025) - Project Management and Supervision - Dumpster for trash - Clean up SITE WORK ($2,250) - Cordon off area - Underground Utility Locate - Grade for Building Pad bring in dirt as needed - Compact soil - Soil Poisoning - Plastic CONCRETE ($9,450) - Form 12'x24'x4"Slab with 12" x 20" Footer System with Rebar (NOTE: Tuff Shed recommends the slab is exactly the same size as shed dimensions) - Form steps down and entry SPECIALTIES ($28,428) - Install and build on-site 1 @ 12' x 24' Tuff-Shed as specified by Owner. - Furnish and Install Mallory Shelving Units ELECTRICAL ($9,348) Scope of Work 1.)
