Description
This project aims to explore parents' mental health and help-seeking behaviors after their child comes out as a sexual minority, using a family systems approach to upstream suicide prevention. The study will compare recruitment strategies, describe parents' mental health and help-seeking resources, and explore pathways, facilitators, and barriers to help-seeking for individual and family health needs.
