Cyber Security eRate Part 1- if we make the cut and are selected we will pay part 2. - SEE PAGE 6 FEES AND FEE SCHEDULE. A. Service Fee. Part One Service Fee. Client will pay FFL a fixed fee of $ 6,350 .00 for Part One Services specified in this SOW (the “Part One Service Fee”). i. Part Two Service Fee. Client will pay FFL a fixed fee of $ 13,000 .00 for Part Two Services specified in this SOW (the “Part Two Service Fee”). ii. i. FFL will invoice the Part One Service Fee, in full, upon execution of the Agreement. FFL will invoice the Part Two Service Fee, in full, upon receipt of notice from Client or USAC that Client has been selected to participate in the Pilot Program. ii. iii. Client will pay all invoices within thirty (30) days from the invoice date.
