Description
This project aims to determine structures of cation-chloride cotransporters (CCCs) using cryo-EM and perform biochemical and functional studies to elucidate drug binding, phosphorylation regulation, and novel regulatory partners. The project will develop ion flux assays for structure-function studies and high-throughput screening platforms for drug discovery targeting hypertension, edema, and brain disorders.
