Bonafide Emergency Sebastian Waterworks Inc. hereby submits to the Customer, specifications and estimates for: Replace all deteriorated 1-1/2, 2? and 4? cast iron drain piping under building serving men?s and women's restrooms and kitchen sink in break room area Includes: Vacuum wastewater from crawlspace area where broken cast iron drains are located Sanitize affected area to provide safe and clean workspace Remove existing 1-1/2, 2 and 4? cast iron piping under building serving men's and women's restrooms and kitchen sink in break room area Install new 1-1/2, 2 and 4? ABS drain piping under building serving men's and women's restrooms and kitchen sink in break room area Testing of newly installed 1-1/2, 2 and 4? ABS drain piping Clean-up of work area and haul away of all equipment and construction debris All labor, material and equipment needed to complete above scope of work.
