Description
Unavoidable impacts to Virginia's wetlands, open waters, and streams permitted under the Virginia Water Protection Permit Program may require compensatory mitigation. These credits will be used as compensatory mitigation for impacts to 0.15 acres of non-tidal wetlands and 261 linear feet of stream in HUC 02070004 during construction. This is the only bank in the region with available credits at this time.
