Development of a novel diagnostic pipeline using computer vision and computational fluid dynamics to improve diagnosis and treatment planning for pediatric subglottic stenosis.
Description
This project aims to develop a diagnostic pipeline that combines engineering analysis and computer vision algorithms to provide personalized and objective diagnostic measures of stenosed airway physiology in pediatric subglottic stenosis. The pipeline uses structure from motion and computational fluid dynamic simulations to generate 3D reconstructions of the diseased airway and compute airflow environment from standard clinical endoscopy.
