Description
This project investigates the effects of Medicaid Managed Care Organization (MCO) coverage and utilization management design on alcohol use disorder (AUD) treatment receipt and outcomes across multiple states. It includes 142 MCO plans in 18 states and aims to provide evidence-based guidance to policymakers on structuring MCO contracts to improve access to AUD treatment.
