Description
This project investigates the effects of cannabis on opioid withdrawal, abuse potential, and safety in individuals with opioid use disorder, using inpatient, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled studies. Two inpatient studies will be conducted to explore how acute and repeated cannabis administration impacts opioid abuse potential, withdrawal severity, and safety/physiological effects in individuals with opioid use disorder.
