Description

This project aims to develop a wearable continuous monitor for reporting and predicting physiological states during trauma, shock, and sepsis. The technology includes a minimally-invasive multi-analyte sensor and a flexible wearable patch for pulse oximetry, tested in a porcine model of hemorrhagic injury and resuscitation. The device will monitor blood oxygenation, heart rate, lactate, tissue oxygen, glucose, and pH, providing real-time data to guide medical interventions.
