Description

This project aims to determine if targeting autophagy can enhance the effectiveness of immunotherapy in melanoma. The study explores mechanisms by which autophagy inhibitors modulate tumor-immune interactions and the tumor microenvironment to improve treatment responses and develop more potent autophagy inhibitors.
