The scope of work shall be performed in strict accordance with Proposal No. BV22-0509-02, dated June 4, 2025, submitted by Florida Aquastore & Utility Construction, Inc. All repairs shall adhere to industry standards, manufacturer specifications, and applicable regulatory requirements to ensure optimal functionality and longevity of the tanks. AQUASTORE TANK REPAIR #8011867 (East Tank) Florida Aquastore proposes the following exterior work: 1. Reseal Dome batten strips, gravity vent, manway, and gussets 2. Reconnect tank overflow piping 3. Replace safety decals 4. Replace upto 150 missing bolt caps 5. Clean/recoat external housing nozzles for LLG 6. Install Saf-T-Climb mechanism AQUASTORE TANK REPAIR #8011690 (West Tank) Florida Aquastore Proposes the following interior work: 1. Remove bottom ring panel to facilitate access for interior scaffolding during repairs. Reinstall bottom ring panel using new fasteners after scaffolding is removed and coat interior seams of panel with CIM to re-establish panel edge protection. 2. Remove three (3) damaged dome beams and replace with new aluminum dome beams.
