Description

Contractor shall provide Specialized Plumbing Services for the Facilities group and other departments of George Mason University in accordance with this Additional User Contract and Arlington County contract C26339. Specialized Plumbing Services will be provided on an as needed basis. George Mason University is a public institution of higher education and agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia. The contract period is from date of signature to June 9, 2027 with four (4) successive one-year renewal options. The contract may be renewed at GMU's discretion if Arlington County elects to renew C26339.
