The sites for this to be implemented are the following: FS #27 FS #44 FS # 68 - Currently installed FS #80 FS #84 FS # 37 FS #36 There is (1) sample Radar device we provided at OCFS HQ location. Bob Brown wants to re-allocate/ relocate this device for one of the other Fire Stations listed above. In total (7) units are being ordered. Omntec will need to deliver (5) units to fulfill the total devices needed for all 7 locations. Estimate Description: TLM-R $4,754.40 Cellular LTE radar sensor for up to 10-foot tank height. Class 1 div 1 intrinsically safe & battery powered top mounted monitor. BOA-FEE $1,512.00 Annual billing - back-office access plus cellular data fees from each radar device to cloud. $18/month x 12 months per device. MISC $200.00 Fuel piping, materials fixtures, and misc. Truck & Mileage $241.25 We include this charge (based on distance) on every invoice to cover the costs of the service truck(s). It covers wear and tear, fuel, repairs, maintenance, and other fleet expenses. This charge does NOT include technician labor for drive time.
