Scope of work: Provide 2 Cat6A cables from network rack to biscuit on the inside corner of building. Provide new 24 port Cat6A patch panel and install in existing rack. Provide 2 OSP at6A patch cables from biscuit to exterior AP. Depending on customer provided mount, patch cables will pass thru directly into mount or into 1g weathertight box using flex to mount. Install customer provided mount and AP to exterior of building. Seal all building penetrations with outdoor rated caulk. Test and label. CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE NAMING MUKILTEO SD AS ADDITIONAL INSURED IS REQUIRED. COVERAGE MINIMUMS: CGL-$1,000,000 OCCURENCE/$2,000,000 AGGREGATE, COMPREHENSIVE AUTO - $1,000,000 PER ACCIDENT, WORKERS COMP OR INDUSTRIAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE $1,000,000 PER ACCIDENT.
