Description
This project aims to characterize neural functions related to safety learning and memory deficits in OCD, focusing on large-scale networks like the default mode network (DMN) and salience network (SN). It will test if OCD is associated with deficits in inhibitory safety learning and if frontopolar tDCS can normalize neural connectivity and improve safety learning in OCD patients. Results could inform new therapeutic strategies.
