NIH research grant to develop multiscale computational models predicting antibody responses to improve influenza vaccine design.

Description

This project will develop computational models to understand antibody diversity, function, and coordination at the molecular, tissue, and individual scales from an extensive collection of human datasets. By providing in silico platforms for generating antibody repertoires, modeling mucosal defense, and simulating infection outcomes, these models will rapidly accelerate the development of more effective influenza vaccines.
