CONSULTING SERVICES - The County of Los Angeles is requesting continued EM&V (Evaluation, Measurement, and Verification) research services from Grounded Research and Consulting to support SoCalREN?s 2026 program efforts. This includes research studies, development of tools such as a Total REN Benefits calculator, metric and logic model support, satisfaction survey standardization, and public sector evaluation activities. REQUESTOR: LOPEZ BRYAN 562-737-3425 Grounded Research will use the positions and associated rates below throughout the duration of this contract engagement. Grounded Research?s costs for the work described herein will not exceed $200,000. Position Title | Rate/Hour Partner/Advisor: $260 Sr. Mng/Managing Consultant: $240 Mng/Engineer: $230 Analyst: $210 Scope of Works is in accordance with vendor's proposal. Service Period: April 16, 2026 - September 15, 2026 All hours worked under this PO must be accurately recorded and submitted by the vendor for review. Approval from the County is required prior to invoicing.
