SOFFIT/FASCIA: Install new center vented aluminum soffit and wrap fascia with aluminum brake metal for entire house. Remove and Replace approximately 48 LF of rotted fascia board prior to wrapping.; GUTTERS/DOWNSPOUTS: Remove and Replace gutters and downspouts with 5" seamless gutters and 3x4 sized downspouts with hinged extensions.; TRIM: Wrap front door and slider door trim on back of house.; DOORS/WINDOWS: Remove and Replace garage overhead door with new insulated like-style product including new rails, trim, and electric door opener. Wrap and weather strip around exterior included.; SIDING: Remove siding down to existing sheeting, fanfold, and wrap with house wrap taping all seams and windows. Install Royal Estate D4 .044 Gauge Siding.; DECK: Remove and dispose current rear deck, replace with new 8x8 deck with landing and stairway.; FOUNDATION: Caulk all cracks in foundation and front stoop in preparation to paint. Paint all foundation and front stoop with two coat minimum of Sherwin Williams super paint or equivalent.; OSB REPLACEMENT: Any sheets not used will be credited back to the invoice. Primary areas include hardboard siding in front areas and rotted areas on chimney. Price is estimated per sheet.
