Service - Shop Repair Motor Replacement FACTORY AUTHORIZED REPAIR SERVICE & RE-CERTIFICATION OF AN ECLIPSE GAS BOOSTER FOR THE ABOVE LOCATION INCLUDING: 1. Receive delivery of gas booster unit at vendor's shop 2. Remove existing gas booster motor sled, replace motor, and perform re-certification at our shop 3. Install one (1) new 5 HP (460/3) U.L. listed, explosion proof gas booster motor 4. Power wash inside of Booster and re-apply Digester Gas Epoxy to booster housing and sled 5. Set motor for proper rotation and test for proper operation according to booster specifications 6. Inspect Fan / Impeller to determine lifespan of fan and provide replacement if necessary 7. Re-assemble and re-seal gas booster at our shop with new U.L. listed gasket material 8. Test for leakage in accordance with manufacturer's specification 9. Wipe, clean and re-paint booster housing/casing 10. Ship booster back to facility; Service - Gas Booster Fan Replacement 1. Remove existing gas booster motor sled to remove the existing impeller. 2. Install one (1) new impeller Fan for existing unit. 3. Re-assemble and test for leakage in accordance with manufacturer's specification 4. Wipe clean the booster housing/ casing. 5. Test gas booster for proper operation.
